Honestly, from experience having interacted with all kinds of people here, the overal level of personal general development of women is far higher than in men in Armenia. Its honestly like day and night. My faith in Armenia’s future is honestly connected with more women getting leadership positions.

Unfortunately I have sensed somewhat of the sentiment with Armenians from Armenia that higher education, professional work and civil service is seen as feminine and not “manly”. In the sense you aren’t your own boss.
