I don’t know the details, but in general there seems to be a disease in Zurich of pulling down perfectly fine buildings and replacing them with buildings that look ugly, low quality and aged the moment they are finished! Oh! And with much higher rent!
I don’t know how long my building will stand, as for the last 5 years everything around me has been rebuilt, ugly Siedlungs.
