      It was a Christian majority country in the early 19th century. Christians rights in the constitution were reduced in the country after the civil war in 1970s-80s. Now, a third of the country is controlled by an Islamist terrorist grouped named Hezbollah who regularly and disproportionally kill Christians from its villages.

      The reason why the percentage of Christians has decreased compared to the past is because ‘Lebanon’ has grown. The former Lebanon was the west of Mount Lebanon. After that, it expanded to the east, and the number of Muslims increased.

      Poor Lebanon. It was so beautiful. The only Christian majority country.
