Quiet on Set had the potential to be an eye opening look into the experience of traumatized child actors, the dangers of unregulated background checks for staff, and how they dealt with it post career.

Instead it insisted in being a sensationalist hit piece, not particularly interested in the subjects, just on being dramatic, and that was obvious on the “extra” episode they released, where they just very clearly were looking for any ex-child actor on Nick to voice any bad experience they ever had and portray it as being on the same level as the actual horrific stuff that happened to Drake.

This could blow up in his face.

Quiet on Set was a bad documentary that did its best to portray every little thing Dan Schneider ever did with the worst possible interpretation, meanwhile simultaneously completely letting Drake Bell off the hook because they didn’t have a show without him. This show about corruption in Hollywood enabling child predators for the sake of corporate profits, is literally giving the man who sexted a 15 year old an opportunity to clear his name, so that he’ll give them an exclusive & profitable interview. Fuck these guys, fuck everyone involved with this suit.
