      yea if only japan had the manpower to actually crew them…

      Why can’t Australia build their own ships?

      With the Nuclear Powered Subs they ordered from the US, the list of what countries even have the capability to build them is extremely limited.

      But these are just frigates & likely powered by diesel generators, so why do they need to outsource production?
