Maybe if not conducting war since 2014 then Ruble could be 10x more valuable

  2. MaleficentResolve506 on

The poor guy had to convert his dollars in rubles and now he is broke.

Complaining about it is going to make people laugh even more.

Edit: The title alone was enough to make me laugh, bunch of clowns.

The Russian central bank is actually performing a miracle holding up the Russian economy. It’s actually hilarious that he blames the one thing preventing him from begging on the streets.

  5. Smear campaign to kick out Nabiullina.

Kick her out and see how much deeper the economy goes!

deflecting the blame to the central bank. genius, as told, it guarantees the damage grinds itself deep into russia without actual change, at the end maybe not even money left to sustain the putler mousoleum.

Blame everyone except the Tsar – couldn’t possibly be his fault

He must’ve been given his script from the Kremlin to start blaming inflation on what banks are doing and nothing to do with the their great leaders SMO

Because they will be thrown off a roof stab 72 times poisoned and the authorities will call it suicide.

Is there anyone that can take Russians seriously except Russians?

Blaming the banks and the people who own them, instead of the dictator. I wonder in what other place and time in our recent history have I seen the same thing?

  13. 😂😂😂😂😂 what a Clowns !!!!!

    Fukk you RuZZians

    Fukk you Putin Monster !!!!

  14. How does central bank control exchange rates in situations like Russia has? Using gold from reserves and buying their own currency to make it more valuable?

There are so many horrible things that russia and Putin has done. So much incompetence on every level that you would be excused if you thought it was their national sport. But the only truly bright mind in this whole shitshow is Nabulyina.

What she did is nothing short of a miracle. They burned their reserves, don’t get me wrong, but she did manage to make it *look* like things are okayish for almost three years. She is complicit in allowing this monstrosity of a *country* to function and wage war, but I at least respect her as a professional.

Having said that – I hope they will put some Putin bootlicker in her place, then there is a hope for an accelerated financial crash. And having in mind Solovyov is definitely not a free thinker – I hope these theatrical outbursts are a good indication that this will soon become an official kremlin position.

  18. The arrogant mouthpiece that justifies a brutal invasion, the mass killing of civilians. Did he expect the world to just ignore their insane unprovoked brutality? Did he expect there to be no dire financial effects to becoming THE pariah of the world. The ruble wasn’t that great before the war, but as said already, it is remarkable this is not a total collapse for them already. War is hell, dude. Eat it.

It’s funny that they’re acknowledging how bad it is (despite not blaming the right person responsible) when a lot of russian bots have been repeating heavily over the last year that the western world’s sanctions don’t matter and their economy is still chugging along just fine.

Everything about Russia is a fuckn joke. Their shithead leader, the currency, the military I hope they lose the war and Russia loses more. Fuck you russia

  21. He keeps yelling and spitting, He just may meet the fresh air from a 5 story window. Or… new air conditioning in his personal vehicle.

The world will not mourn his passing.

Resemble more and more with Lewis Prothero in “V from Vendetta”, don’t you think?

  23. 🤣 … Solovyov knows fully well why the Rouble is tanking. He is looking to deflect the blame away from Putin.

He is right ! central bank is the problem, Ruzzians, burn it down ! burn it down ! 😀

My Reddit apps closed captioning is messed up. At the top it just kept repeating “I’ve never seen it before. I’ve never seen it before.”

It’s quite logical he blames Central Bank.

It’s obvious there is an economic problem (consumer goods becoming more and more expensive). In Russia, like in most places, if there is a problem somebody needs to be blamed. Because that way, the population knows that something is being done about the problem.

Blaming Central Bank means you can easily solve the problem: fire the economist leading it, install a more capable person and problem is gone.

Blaming Putin would mean that the whole system is failing and that you just lost over 100.000 people for nothing. You can not fire him and elections are still years away. So blaming Putin would be asking for a revolution…. The guy asking for that on national tv would probably fall out of the first window he passes…

Firing the head of Central Bank buys time and if Russia wins the war during that time, the system endures. If Russia doesn’t win, problem will ofcourse get bigger as head of CB is probably best Russian for that job and her successor will do much worse. But that doesn’t matter cause if Russia loses the war, a bad public servant at that spot would be the least of it’s problems.

So from a propaganda standpoint…logical to ask for her head…

  27. Get used to it. If we don’t laugh at your currency, there are a million other things about you we can laugh at.

Outside russia, you don’t demand respect. You have to earn it.
