    I have suggested my opinion that customers are a “san” and not a “sama”.

    But it is up to Japanese people to decide how they deal with it in the end.

    Foreigners beware – depending upon how you complain, … you could end up being arrested and potentially even deported! Avoid Companies that don’t offer support in your language to avoid this situation … but even then, check online reviews since some local branches of large foreign Companies , may still not accomodate you
