      Legend has it that in 1441 the first Christmas Tree was brought to Tallinn, Estonia by Brotherhood of the Blackheads, a guild of merchants who displayed it in this same main square making it the oldest public Christmas tree in the world.

      I was in Tallinn in May and I have no doubt it is one of the most beautiful christmas cities in Europe. The old town covered in snow must look wonderful.

      Sending lots of love from the neighbouring city up north. First experienced the market in miserably rainy winter of 2017 at a work trip, but fell in love with the vibe and the scents even then, and keep on visiting basically every year. I think I can navigate entire Vanalinn and a good chunk of Kesklinn and Kalamaja from memory by now.

      Amazing city in summer too.
