    The report says that, while this is ‘not uncommon’ for councillors to use a different name as councillors as they do in business, it ‘can create the perception that arrangements are not open and transparent’.

    Really? I think it should be very uncommon, in fact maybe unlawful.

    That’s pretty bad as they were using the intellectual property the council owned in the process and selling it back to them.

    I wish they had a better editor as there is a lot in this story. Far more than the headline.

    Corruption in politics im shocked i tell you. Do people honestly think it was just the Tories or Westminster that are giving contacts to themselves or their mates .
