      Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump’s pick to lead the intelligence community, [was briefly placed on a Transportation Security Administration list](https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/22/politics/tulsi-gabbard-government-watch-list-travel-connections/index.html?utm_medium=social&utm_source=reddit) that prompts additional security screening before flights after her overseas travel patterns and foreign connections triggered a government algorithm earlier this year, three sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

      Gabbard was quickly removed from the list, a little-known program called “Quiet Skies,” after going public with claims she had been added to a “secret terror watchlist.”

      Gabbard has claimed she was put on the list because she had criticized then-presidential candidate Kamala Harris in an interview with Fox News — something two of the sources flatly denied had anything to do with it.

      I hate Tulsi Gabbard with a passion. Joe Biden should have arrested her for being a Russian asset. She should not be anywhere near our intelligence agencies. She betrayed our country when she would not get in line behind Hillary Clinton in 2016.

      Conspiracy theory: Trump and his team are choosing the worst possible candidates out of the gate knowing they’ll never be confirmed. They’re doing this so that when they announce their real picks, they will appear much more palatable in contrast.

      Was looking forward to reading the article, hoping it would finally reveal the evidence of her being a Russian asset. When CNN didn’t deliver, I dove into the comments looking for the same. Again, disappointed. I think [I’m with Bernie](https://x.com/BernieSanders/status/1186405744146554882) on this one. The earliest “claims” came from Hillary Clinton, who definitely doesn’t have a track record of accusing people of being Russian assets.
