Despite the company’s name resembling the OUR Party, Tanangada denied any affiliation with the party claiming it was a private venture. The company’s purpose remains unclear, and its registration raised suspicions due to its secretive nature and involvement of figures with ties to China. Opposition leaders have questioned the true intentions behind the company’s formation, suggesting possible political motives related to Solomon Islands’ growing relationship with China.
