    It was supposed to be a gritty drama about prostitution on the streets of LA. 

    Someone smart said hey guys let’s re do this as a big budget rom com with a happy ending. 

  3. I wonder if the movie works with Molly Ringwald?

    I’d guess it’d be sadder since Ringwald didn’t have that sexiness factor that Julia Roberts brought to the role and would have been more uncomfortable.
