      The equivalent class of missile should be given to Ukraine to use against Russia as immediately as possible. There could be no more equal and measured response than that.

      Putin also said today that he would fire missiles on any country whose armaments Ukraine used to attack them, which are all NATO member countries. This guy is batshit.

      Whether this is an ICBM or not it just comes down to payload and semantics. As an analogy, let’s say for a car to qualify as a super car it needs to do 0-60mph in under 3 seconds. The rocket is the car and the driver the payload. In the marketing material they can write it’s a super car capable of 0-60 in 2.99 seconds (with a 5′ 8 stone racing driver). However, put a fat bastard like me in it and 0-60 is >3 seconds, so not a super car. In reality though, it’s the same damn car.
