    Reddit macht keinen Spaß mehr. 70 % der nicht verwandten Subs sind so politisch geworden (immer extrem links), dass fast alle Informationen von oben kontrolliert werden … Make Reddit Great Again (MRGA), können wir die Politik aus Reddit entfernen? Es sollte nach der Wahl enden. Diese App wird gerade gelöscht


    Ich blockiere seit Monaten Leute. Diese Bots und Shills gibt es endlos. Kamala hat buchstäblich Hunderte von Menschen dafür bezahlt, für sie auf reddit zu posten. Politik hat hier keinen Platz. Reddit sollte ein Ausweg sein. Ich bin hier immer wegen Katzenvideos und lustigen Memes vorbeigekommen. Die Politik sollte entfernt werden. Sie fangen an, den Aktionären zu schaden, weil Leute gesperrt werden, weil sie sagen, dass sie Republikaner unterstützen (ich habe gesehen, wie Dutzende von Leuten grundlos gesperrt wurden). Anstatt Reddit zu verlassen und zufrieden mit der verbrachten Zeit zu sein, bin ich genervt und jeden Tag näher dran Löschen der App

      I’ve been blocking people for months. These bots and shills are endless. Kamala literally paid hundreds of people to post for her on reddit.

      Politics has no place here. Reddit was supposed to be an escape.

      I used to come on here for cat videos and funny memes.
      Politics shoukd be removed.

      They’re starting to hurt shareholders because of people getting banned for saying they support Republicans (I’ve seen dozens of people banned for no reason)

      Instead of walking away from reddit feeling content with time spent I’m annoyed and each day closer to deleting the app

      Not just Reddit, I follow a FB page about historic homes and preservation and the day after the election the admin stuck their political flag in the ground claiming “you can’t talk about historic houses without discussing the politics of the past or we’re doomed to repeat them”

      Whatever you tend to read is what reddit will show you more of. So really it falls to you to mak the change. If you don’t want to see political stuff, quit engaging with and looking at political stuff. Theres even an option at the corner of each post to remove from your feed. I’ve noticed this personally myself with the relationship reddit. I recently got out of a bad break up and reading through that sub helped me process the break up. But now, those posts are the ones that constantly come up in my feed. Because I had engaged with them so much. So I’m slowly weeding em out. By specifically going to whole other subs and browsing through there and using the corner icon to hide or remove posts I don’t wanna see anymore in my feed.

      What you pay attention is what will fill your attention. Hope this helps.

      I think there could be a deeper and more useful discussion about how much some people cannot do difficult conversations, whether they be controversies or criticisms. I think our collective trauma and the commodification and engineering of that trauma, for profit and propaganda, has turned most of us into perpetually depressed, whiny brats who want to blame all of our issues on the next closest person who disagrees with us.

      Rrddit fucking sucks, I only use it for this sub and my hobby. Front page is dead to me. During the election I almost deleted it, too.
