Proper response: more Storm Shadows fucking up command bunkers. Dickhead has to learn.

All it did was damage some senior living home. Those warheads looked like duds and probably just a warning from Russia letting Ukraine know they can hit them anywhere.
Klutzy_Town7003 on
Looks like Putin is trying to make the Ukrainians develop nukes.

Correction: these are the booster vehicles for the warheads that are falling upon reentry
Distinct_Risk_762 on
Ok so no explosions on impact. Means these where either duds or Decoy MIRVs of some kind (or just simulator blocks). Which means this had exactly 0 military use and was purely symbolic.

Is it possible that we see the impacts of six ICBMs carrying MIRV?
Dragonborn_Wolf on
When they recover the debris we will know if it really was dummy or duds.

Wait is this footage real time?

Does anyone know what their final speed is before touching the ground?

Looks like those MIRVS have disintegrated in the atmosphere?

So you’re telling me the video is not accelerated, its fucking scary

This looks like a video of a launch in reverse. Just sayin.
Edit: my bad, I am completely wrong.

And here I was thinking the Iranian missile strikes were unimpressive.

Doesn’t look like an icbm

Pardon my ignorance, but are they not exploding on impact? It seems the trail of the incoming rocket is actually larger than any resulting impact explosion.
Can anyone with more knowledge than me explain?

ELI5, why so little damage? I would have expected apocalypse level explosions…

From what I understand Russia doesn’t have a non nuclear warhead for these, so they were used as kinetic weapons.
Mr_Bignutties on
It looks like instead of actual warheads it was loaded entirely with decoys. This wasn’t meant to do damage, it’s a statement.

Biden gonna fuck around and get us into ww3. Fuck these democrats assholes.

Are these multiple warheads from 1 missile or multiple missiles?
LQjones on
If true, using an ICBM is a great way for Putin to start a nuclear war by mistake. I wonder if Russia told the US what it was doing to make sure it did not respond to when it spotted the launch.

Damn this is scary, imagine if those things are armed with nukes
ShameCrazy3949 on
Was that one mirv, and each flash is a reentry vehicle?
Or was that several mirv’s, and each flash was it’s own set of reentry vehicles? When you slow it down, each hit looks like 3-4 individual hits. The mirv’s on these missiles apparently have 4 re-entry vehicles.
