      Lmao. Tactics and procedures being code for “we’ll show up to his house every 3 months and hope he’s there”.

      So the guy in the USA was arrested and is still in custody, but everyone in Canada is currently missing? Are any of them in Canada in jail? I hope to fuck they don’t extradite the guy from the USA back here because he’ll be out on bail within a week.
