    Missing: Finland joining NATO.

    Missing: Sweden joining NATO.

Also missing: Proper definition how large Kursk oblast is, it appears there are North Korean Troops, so when Ukraine is allowed to reach North Koreans it can be assumed the oblast borders to North Korea. Quite large isn’t it or let’s say even convenient.

Reminds me of that Bugs Bunny cartoon where he draws a line with in the sand and Yosemite Sam steps over it.

So Bugs backs up and makes a new line. And Sam steps over it.

    Yeah, same feeling to it.

Welp, move the MBT red line to 2022 ( Poland donated more then 200 T-72m1r and some PT-91 shortly after start of the invasion).

To be fair, there has been some consequences now. They recently cut two undersea Internet cables.

The German Leopards are only enjoying their holidays in the countryside. Nothing to worry about.

I suspect we are just seeing the start of the consequences they have planned (undersea cables etc). Whilst they are almost fully occupied with Ukraine I doubt they have much time to spare with us horrible westerners but they have been badly wounded by this whole sorry affair (90%their fault imho) and will come looking for revenge when they can. Thing is, we are in the same situation as with hitler in Sep 1939 and yet we are still appeasing putin, we should have gone full in with Ukraine 1001 days ago, not yesterday. We have shown much weakness and putin will continue exploiting it. Russian lives are meaningless to him but ours aren’t to us, that is the difference and why we are in so much danger. I don’t have a solution but the only thing I am sure of is that bullies only understand one thing and putin is the biggest bully of them all.

Well, the reaction to ATACMS use in Russia is “apparently” a supposed strike with an RS26 Rubezh with a conventional warhead. That’s the rumor on Telegram anyways. I doubt anyone would treat it like a conventional weapon, regardless of what warhead is used.

    Nice list.

Also add NATO countries shooting down missiles approaching NATO borders.

Please just skip a few steps and go straight to Tomahawk and Prsm strikes unlimited. Maybe throw in some predator drones. No fly zone enforced by Nato with Nato boots securing Ukrainian borders would be cool too.

After all that, Russia will nuke the shit out of some nations “unprovoked”. Wake up. Don’t go petting bears in their woods.

When Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine in February, 2022 he gave a televised address and amongst other things he said something along the lines that if any other nation intervened by providing Ukraine with military assistance then the repercussions they would suffer at the hands of the MIGHTY ruZZian federation would be worse than anything they could possibly imagine.

One thousand days into his two week SMO and the 50 plus countries that have provided Ukraine with military and financial aid are still waiting for the slightest repercussions.

As for a nuclear war, that will certainly entail mutually assured destruction and Putin for one knows that.

~~fear~~ peace-moger be like “anytime soon … anytime soon”

  15. AppropriateRoom6402 on

Putin wants to be remembered as a strong capable military and political leader who returned Rusia’s old mighty. But he also knows that, if he fires any kind of nuclear weapon, he will be recorded in history just as a megalomaniac murderer dictator, a new Stalin. And he knows perfectly the fate the russian people have if a nuclear war begins.

Atacms aren’t the be and end all in this war. In fact, they have less range than storm shadows/scalps. The real game changers are going to be the larger ranged missiles available for use against targets that are way beyond reachable HIMARS range. Those targets will almost always be the most valuable to strike, hence why they are kept at that range beyond striking distance.

They meant that all their red lines have to be crossed before escalation /s

  18. praetorian1111 on

I have the feeling people forget he ramped up hybrid warfare every single time. It’s maybe not a classical military escalation, but he definitely tries to follow that escalation with those clear Russian fingerprints every single time.

  19. Russia is not escalating, because they are slowly grinding down Ukrainian forces and gaining territory steadily. A fast paced war would drain their reserves, a long war is sustainable for Putin.

Each “red line” came with a reminder about Russia’s nuclear arsenal. After seeing their military in action I’m questioning if any of the rockets would actually work.
