At some point, Western Europeans need to acknowledge the fact that Russia, Iran and China (and North Korea) is at war with us, and that the appeasement strategy, which didn’t work in 1938, still does not work.

This hybrid war is being fought in different ways:

Russia is of course in a physical war in Ukraine, but also trying (and largely succeeding) in influencing elections, such as in the U.S., and sowing discontent in Europe, in addition to sabotaging infrastructure, while holding parts of Europe hostage due to gas exports.

China is militarizing its economy, waging a trade and resource war against the West, getting a stranglehold on Africa and South America, and also threatening Taiwan.

Iran is arming Russia, but also weaponizing immigrant muslims in Europe against the West, and is largely succeeding in influencing the European left wing parties to be Pro-Hamas, in addition to fighting Israel through Hamas and Hezbollah, partly with Russian weapons.

And North Korea, which everyone sees as a joke country, is sending real troops to fight a European democracy.

It is time that the Western world and NATO starts fighting back.
