      Moscow ate Russia. Sucked up all the money, all the people followed the money, now you can live in Moscow and have no space or not in Moscow and have no money. So the population is predictably tanking.
      Being ideally concentrated for annihilation with smallest number of nukes is just a bonus.

      What does this matter? Even if they were dispersed, there are enough nukes both ways to take everyone out. Nukes are pretty big, devastating bombs…

      The West should tell Russia that any use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine will lead to the West supplying Ukraine with nuclear weapons to defend themselves.
