      Kyiv fired American long-range missiles inside Russia for the first time on Tuesday, striking a military facility 130km from the Ukraine border in Bryansk, according to reports in Ukrainian media.

      “Indeed, Atacms was used for the first time to strike the territory of the Russian Federation. The strike was carried out on a facility in the Bryansk region, it was successfully destroyed,” a defence source told the Ukrainian media outlet RBC Ukraine.

      The apparent use of Atacms in the strike on the military facility, which was reportedly used to store North Korean shells, has not been officially confirmed by Kyiv.

      Footage posted online showed an explosion being followed by a large cloud of smoke. Some users pointed out what appeared to be a missile trail in the smoke cloud.

      The target was around 130km from the Ukrainian border. If confirmed by Ukraine, it would contradict reports in US media that Mr Biden had only approved such strikes in the Kursk region, which is currently occupied by Kyiv’s troops.

      It was reported on Sunday that Joe Biden had given Ukraine permission to fire American long-range missiles inside Russia for the first time. With Mr Biden’s approval, Britain is expected to follow suit with its own long-range missile, the Storm Shadow.

      Following the US president’s decision, Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing a nuclear strike in response to an attack with long-range missiles.

      Need more. Honestly while this is a great step that would have made a difference months ago, russia has also moved tons of stuff out of range. Ukraine will need to build it’s own missiles and scale drone production to hit targets further out. The hrim 2 is specifically something I am anxious to see be used

In order to keep you out of harms way your parents pull some strings and you get to serve out your time in a ammo depot safely in Russia away from the fighting. You and your fellow soldiers sitting around laughing at the poor conscripts who don’t have the same connections as you getting shot to pieces when suddenly you hear something…….

      Ukraine has until the end of January to work with US intelligence to target Ruzzian infrastructure….after that who knows what Mango will do…time is of the essence. It’s a shame, Harris as POTUS would have seen Ukraine push back hard against scum Ruzzia and maybe take Crimea…and then the war crimes commission could have done their stuff…..the Mango tragedy may well come back to haunt Europe.
