      There was another near identical case literally a few days ago of another Congolese national who had lost their claim to asylum, not been deported, raped a teenager, was convicted and is denying the crime. I thought this was a repost, but it’s pretty clear they are different cases. In that case it was his stepdaughter and two nieces who were raped, the defendant is ten years older, and it happened in Glasgow not Portsmouth.
