      Correct me if I am wrong, his “adopted son” is his girlfriend’s brother who lives with them from age 12-16 before moving back in with his very much still alive biological father.

      I’ve always read this situation as more of, “Matt Gaetz is oddly close with girlfriend’s teenage brother”

      Like I picture him buying beer for high school kids and hanging around for the party. 🎉
