      Same thing occurred when Ron DeSantis made being undocumented in Florida a felony. The undocumented aliens fled Florida to other states to avoid being put in state prison. The result was the construction and farming industry in Florida nose dived to the floor and farmers were left with crops rotting in the fields.

Yes, that’s right. No harm done! And no need to listen to those negative nancies spreading doom and gloom.

      You see, those pesky foreign blighters may have been “taking our jobs” but it transpires they were only taking the rather rubbish back-breaking low-paid ones, and frankly we were all far too busy drinking tea, playing croquet, and celebrating our liberty to be getting our jodhpurs grubby in a muddy little field in the middle of Lower Tiddmarsh – can you imagine?

      I’m sure you yanks will be delighted to know that the sky hasn’t fallen in. We’re all still alive here in good ol’ Blighty. The governess can still buy cress for our egg sandwiches. And we can still source a little tiffin for our picnics. Yes, the prices rose, the quality fell, there is less choice in the shops, and the imports we require sit in the port meaning they are less fresh upon arrival, but that’s the price of sovereignty.

      So let the crops rot, I say.

      P.S. You’ll probably need to import a little more from Johny Foreigner, just to make up the shortfall, but at least you aren’t implementing tariffs on those countries. Toodlepip and Godspeed.

      How many of these now panicked farmers voted for Trump a few weeks ago? Everyone gets the medicine they deserve. Unfortunately, everyone else suffers too.

      Most Maga and GOP voters are low information voters. That means they will latch on to only 1 or 2 things to justify their reason for supporting Trump. That is all they needed. Don’t go confusing them by asking them 3 things at once , like what day , month and year this is .

      Anytime I drive through farmland all I see are Trump signs and a few Kennedy signs. My groceries are going to be expensive, but get fucked when your crops spoil on the vine. This is what you voted for.
