      You mean like he did last time he was in office and had to give farmers 12 billion dollars in aid due to the previous tariffs in 2017. Some people never learn.

      Yea like the last time he was in office when this happened?? And even though many lost everything, one after another of the farmers when interviewed said they were STILL voting for Trump again…you can’t fix stupid.

      He’s going to fail because ultimately he was brought on to depress Dem turnout, but I find it funny that RFK Jr. wants to ban high-fructose corn syrup which is the **only** thing keeping these trump supporting corn farmers afloat.

      I watched a video of young “Farmers for Trump” guys and girls. So sad how he’s used their votes and will backstab them soon as without any problem, specially financially.

      Oh no problem, Trump will just resort to paying farmers bigger subsidies. It’s not like that distorts the market or goes against so called “conservative principles”, right?!

      The farmers can hope for a big government check, but with deporting immigrants that work the farms and tariffs raising prices on imported fruits and vegetables, what will we eat?

      Loss of labor combined with high tariffs that will result in high tariffs on our exported grain will wipe out 1000s of family farms.

      Is this a sub for just posting raw story and daily boulder articles. Is prefer a bit more diversity in sources because when I see just 2 or 3 dominating a sub I start to think the sub has a bias. Non Americans like me know nothing of these sources publications.

      I want to see content that is different to world news, but presenting just 2-3 niche publications isn’t the solution
