      Retired Ben Hodges and others have said it before, China is watching how the West responds. By not small Ukraine to win, it will embolden Xi and other autocrats to use bully tactics. While the autocrats advance, the West had been stepping back. We need to step forward against them, like we did against Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo.
