  1. Reality and honest reporting tends to look like “Democratic propaganda” to the misled and foolish.

Keep up the good work, 60 Minutes… The angrier they get the better, as it’s a sign that their allergy to honesty and truth has been inflamed.

How dare 60 Minutes say things that are true? They’re not allowed to do that. The whole fascist thing doesn’t work if people are informed.

If you really want to cause MAGA meltdown, perhaps Harris voters in the red states should start bulk buying party casually buying up toilet paper and eggs, that always works

  4. Got it, telling the truth is associated with Democrats. So that means……

Scott Pelly should have never been removed as national news anchor.

They are angry over 60 minutes saying the truth ???? Huh

it won’t matter after 1/21/25 as Trump will have stripped many things away from this nation by executive orders

  8. Particular-Elk-3923 on

Not even a hint of hyperbole. Everything was was factual and relevant.

MAGA mad that people recognize the Kakistocracy at the heart of Trump’s governance, and that makes them look like fools.

  10. Does anyone else fuckin hate the trend of “news” websites to just take 10 random hot takes from nobodies on Twitter and present it as a good sampling of public sentiment?

Factually accurate = leftist propaganda? Only to the factually illiterate.

I will always relish the irony that despite calling and insisting everyone else is a fragile snowflake, MAGAs are the ones who lose their shit over everything.

  13. MAGA may not like to hear it out loud, but nothing that he said was untrue.

Seems pretty straightforward and easy to understand. With the possible exception of Rubio, they are all totally unqualified.

People getting mad that the truth sounds bad maybe because it is …and then people denying the truth cause it sounds bad…I have lost all hope

The fact is MAGA can’t tell the difference between propaganda and facts. They think anything they disagree with is propaganda.

I was taught what propaganda is in elementary school. Either I was the only one who listened or they stopped teaching it.

He’s literally just stating facts. If you’re upset about him stating facts, then you should be upset about the reality, not about the coverage. This is so mild and tame in terms of coverage it’s laughable that people would get upset about this and think it’s “propaganda.”

  18. Reality has a liberal bias… GOP voters unfortunately are too entrenched in their echo chambers to climb out of it.

  19. Like i aways say: Always the messenger, never the message . This is the MAGA and the Reich Wings go to move for anything they don’t like or have no comeback for .

The problem with Trump supporters following and believing disinformation is that when someone speaks the truth, and it conflicts with Trump’s narrative, it blows their mind.

The issue is apparent. Facts don’t matter. The screaming horde of MAGA won the election and they feel they have a mandate. To them it means they get to do whatever they want and don’t have to engage in any sort of negotiation to do it.

They are mad that by presenting unvarnished facts, 60-min isn’t bending knee.

They expected they won a war and it’s their country now. And they may have. Time will tell if Trump is able to distort the USA so far that it is not longer any real form of democracy or not.

But, right now, they are big mad because they won and no one is treating them any differently.
