Why would vote liberal with a new leader,it’s still the same corrupt party

  2. CyrilSneerLoggingDiv on

But by who is the question.

It’s pretty much too late to turn the party around now. They might as well chain him to the wheel and make a full-speed run at the iceberg.

  3. I don’t think it even matters anymore. Barring a direct hit from a world-ending meteor, PP is going to be the next PM. I don’t see any way the Liberals are coming back from the Mariana Trench they’ve dug, and there’s not much they’re going to change between now and whenever the election happens, policy-wise.

Unfortunately with how long he’s been there he has a faction of yes men and hand picked associates that even if you got rid of Trudeau he wouldn’t really be gone. The party needs a deep cleanse.

  5. GhoastTypist on

He’s complacent and not in touch with the issues in Canada.

Yes a new hungry leader needs to be brought in, one that understands the average Canadians struggles and wants to do good for the people not the corporations.

This is what the next election needs but the way it looks we’re just going to end up with 3 leaders all complacent who are just opposing sides of the same coin. I just want a new coin, this one has lost its value.

Someone who wasn’t born with a silver spoon in their mouth would do.

Just comes from a liberal newspaper trying to save itself people want the entire liberal and NDP gone they kept voting with him they’re just as bad as him. I would like to see the party move out of existence. And the RCMP going and clean up I’ll see how many go to prison. Remember everybody if the conservatives come in your liberal papers and TV losing money. And they will truly have to face the public don’t believe those stupidity in the hype

  8. Talking_on_the_radio on

So why haven’t we done it?

If the liberal party is to survive, this must happen.

  9. twentytwenty5 on

    He ain’t doing it.
Motherfucker can let go of his marriage, but not 2015.

  10. Any-Ad-446 on

If only he got strict with the illegals, student visas and reduced the immigration numbers he had a chance but now forget it.Liberals might become the third party behind the NDP.

  11. Content_Ad_8952 on

We should have rules like in the US where a Prime Minister can only stay in power for a maximum of two terms. After two terms (or 8 years) they have to step down

  12. Different-Bag-8217 on

Don’t. Let his and others arrogance take them to the election. The swing vote will most likely be brutal…

  13. The other half are Conservative voters that know they have their best chance against Trudeau?

  14. Brokenkuckles on

We really need term limits. I don’t mind 8 years of conservative, then 8 years of liberals if that would create some balance and to try new ideas

  15. ConsistentAvocado101 on

And the other half also want the Liberal Party replaced as government. Going for the twofer…

  16. Tiny_Owl_5537 on

Trudeau needs to be put in jail for treason.

He cares more about protecting his political career than telling Canadians the facts. Same with Singh.

  17. DeanPoulter241 on

And the other 50% want to see the utter annihilation of the liberal party in the next election with the trudeau at the helm. No other PM, other than the trudeau v1.0, has wreaked as much damage on this great country.

Seeing the person responsible for that held to account will provide some, myself included, a sense of satisfaction. Wish it could extend to jail time for not only the trudeau but a few of his cabinet.

Let’s not forget about singh and the ndp’s role in preserving the trudeau as PM. Canada wanted an election years ago, and the singh denied us of that despite him taking an oath to serve Canadians…… above himself!

  18. Channing1986 on

I don’t want him replaced I want him to lead them into the next election so he can be destroyed

  19. hottest2277 on

    Half ? I think that’s media B.S.
It’s more like a few who still like this asshat .

  20. Only Trudeau to be replaced ? What about all the MPs that enabled the destruction of Canada ? Are we actually to believe that ONE person is the reason Canada is shit right now ?!

  21. Express_Adeptness_31 on

Friendly government to the world or Conservative bending for US orange cult? Peoples’ choice.

  22. Intrepid-Gold3947 on

Doesn’t matter they’re all out of touch with how we live day to day. That goes for all parties and the facade of democracy we have today.

  23. ChefShitHead on

In my 21 years as a voter… I’ve never been polled. Don’t buy into the conservative propaganda

  24. GracefulShutdown on

I’m not sure anyone in cabinet would be an upgrade from Trudeau. The whole foundation of the party is rotten at this point, and they’ve been ignoring Canadians concerns this whole time.

They’ll get their well-deserved thumping at the ballot box soon enough.

  25. Fecal-Facts on

Can you guys be stable because as a American we are not.

You guys need to have the big boy pants right now.

  26. Comprehensive_Fan140 on

The other half dont gaf because the liberals are finished

  27. I’m always mystified by the comments to these articles. I mean yes, the Liberals are absolutely not winning the next election and will also lose a lot of seats in the process. But why would keeping Trudeau and losing MORE seats be the better option? People act like it’s either win the election or burn the party to the ground with no middle ground.

  28. perfectuserpat on

They’d have to replace him and undo all the harmful policies he’s put in place.
It would be nice to see but unfortunately we’ll all be voting for pp

  29. Hot-Celebration5855 on

The Liberal party needs to purge not just Trudeau but all of his inner circle so they can get back to being a centrist party with a modicum of fiscal restraint and responsibility.

Populist identity politics, luxury beliefs, holier than thou virtue signalling, and endless spending is no longer a winning formula. Look at elections in almost any country in the world and this is clear.

The collective insanity fever dream of the progressive left is finally breaking

  30. FeverForest on

I’m excited for him to lose the election, but then somehow stay on as party leader.
