      Really weird how Trump didn’t know anything about Project 2025 but he keeps hiring people involved in it.

      I really like to have some Trump voter who claimed Project 2025 wouldn’t be followed and wasn’t part of Trump’s campaign to explain this. Not because I think they’d falter, I jsut want to see what mental gymnastics they can do, it’s like watching a confident train wreck.

      It makes me physically nauseated when I actually think about how much corruption is being allowed to take over the government. I mean, honestly, this is a small detail among thousands now, but our taxes are paying into a government that is going to be funneling our money into the richest person on the planet’s pockets. And 50% of the people paying those taxes are so, I’m sorry, fucking stupid to be cheering it on – “yeah, whoooh, lib tears!”

      So, Carr doesn’t want net neutrality, and he wants to censor/control private corporations (Meta, Apple, Microsoft, Google) and reward others that he likes?

      Since when did private corporations have to honor freedom of speech? They have always had the right to refuse service/support.

      Why else do you think we always have people trying to boycott corporations that they don’t agree with?

      And do you really want the Executive Branch to be controlling where and which corporations flourish?

      When Trump was president previously he appointed industry insiders to head the agencies that regulated their industries. It was instant conflicts of interest and corruption. There was very little enforcement then. Now he’s doing it again, only this time the appointments are based solely on loyalty to him without any consideration regarding competence. Consumers are going to get screwed big time.

      The punish NBC part is not going to pass, as there is nothing to punish NBC for. The conservative SCOTUS is so pro first Amendment, Trump would probably be surprised when the court unanimously sides with NBC.
