      so to protect homeland with American weapons ok, but directly attacking Russia with American weapons, as we all know how dumb Russians are now they’ll probably think America is attacking it.

      Good. Not a silver bullet, but good. Ukraine won’t be able to go on a rampage of destruction as a result. The new rules will only force the Russians to move what they can further back, and provide more air defense to what they can’t move out of range. That will make everything slower and more expensive for them to do, which will help a lot, but if we in the West want to see Ukraine succeed in the long term, we have to keep supplying it. We can’t win on the cheap.

      Let Ukraine deal with this war themselves. They are an independent nation and need to start acting that way. No outside support any longer.

      The reason is because democrats lost the election. Domestic politics is the most important. FDR wanted to support spanish republicans but wouldn’t allow it because of catholic voting bloc. Biden needs to go all out.
