      Japanese news report this kind of incidents. As you can see from the screenshot ,this news is from Tokyo Television Business on Demand. I think it’s to make people avoid paying money to minors to have sex. I think it’s similar to being dragged around in the public in Edo period to deter people from committing crime.

      It’s seems like Kabukicho is one of the spot many foreign tourist go. Hope none is picking up minors because Kabukicho is highly patrolled. Really don’t want to see a news about tourist paying minor to have sex.
