      I understand that Ukraine wants to continue to abide by the rules of war by not targeting civilian infrastructure, but it seems to me that concerted attacks on Moscow’s electrical supply would be justified on the grounds that Putin’s Russia has now shifted to a war economy footing.

      Perhaps NATO should fire just as many missiles and drones at Russia! That would only be fair!
      But NATO prefers to wait and do nothing… if I were Ukrainian, I would be pretty disappointed with NATO!
