      The question with the trump admin8stration isn’t ‘will people die’, it’s ‘how many people will die’.

      Practically everything Trump does will wind up killing people — and ruining the country. You can add “eliminating the Department of Education”. Other efficiency moves, like basically punting the FDA, killing NOAA, wiping out the FBI, CIA, NSA, and every other intelligence organization — those will also kill people AND ruin the country, perhaps irretrievably. If people didn’t realize Trump was demented, it’s all on them. They could, as they love to say, “look it up themselves”. I didn’t mention that the lives lost are not all within the USA. How many will die in Ukraine without US aid? What happens when Russia invades Poland or the Baltics and the US does nothing, despite our treaty obligations? Will Russia just gobble up Europe? France is a nuclear power. Germany could become one pretty quickly, once it sees what’s going on. All we need is a nuclear war. Make it general, and billions will die. That’s how seriously stupid electing Trump was.
