  1. >“This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time,” Tyson wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.”

    >“To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you,” he concluded.

  2. He got paid. I wouldn’t regret it either. Not his fault America is full of morons paying to watch a 60 yo fight an entertainer

Mans supposedly made 20 million to chase Paul around and take a few jabs – 1 million a minute. He’s the real winner.

“I have no regrets about the obscene amount of money I got for that farce”

    Fixed it for you

“It was a good script, maybe both of us can be in the next Marvel movies, as Superman and Batman”

Old boxers keep fighting to make money. That’s what they do, unless they’ve been smart with their earnings (which Tyson was not). Long after they should stop, they keep getting punched in the head. At least Tyson got to make a shitload of money “fighting” someone who probably couldn’t have hurt him even if he tried.

Mike Tyson had a net worth of around $10,000,000 (according to Celebrity Net Worth) he just tripled it No regrets 👍

Yeah, that fight was trash but the way I see it, I already pay for Netflix so I’m not out anything but time. The Serrano fight was worth it for me and I actually turned it off after that because it wouldn’t stop buffering. Watched it this morning and could have and probably should have skipped it.

  9. KingoftheNordMN on

He has no regrets. I have many regrets investing time in watching that garbage.

  10. Mister-Psychology on

Of course he doesn’t regret it. It was the easiest boxing bout of his life.

  11. The undercard with Serrano was really what the night was about. I’ve watched hundreds of boxing matches and that was one of the best.

  12. “I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital” – that’s better than David Hayes bad toe excuse that’s for sure

  13. I’m starting to think that this fight was put on not because Jake Paul can only beat up old people, but it was for Mike Tyson to experience another fight like the good ol days and he knew Jake Paul wouldn’t do any real damage to him.

  14. To be fair Tyson didn’t do too bad when you consider his health issues, it’s impressive he finished the fight even if he was carried, and he got himself in that condition.

  15. Several_Leather_6453 on

So much cope from mike to make it look like he didn’t just take this fight for the money and never put any effort in.

The WWF should sue him for unauthorised performance of their intellectual property. Even though they were real refs and real boxing gloves it was definitely a WWF style performance

I’m glad he made the money but this was kind of a sad way for Tyson to go out. He lost, got left hanging twice by Paul when he tried to shake his hand, and the last thing we see is his defeated butt cheeks in the locker room. Idk that’s not what this week should have looked like for a legend of that caliber. All very sloppy

Iron Mike deserves a $20 million pay day, as far as the entire circus that Jake Paul brought to this shit show. Not impressed it was a bust, the pigeon stunt was the cherry on how campy this shit show was.

Anybody who got suckered into the hype are the real losers. It was doomed to be lame from the get go. Taylor and Serrano got 110% more skill and badassery yet will struggle to be remembered and be paid a thousand times less than the disappointing title bout.

i really enjoyed all the fights except for the title card. obvs the serrano fight turned the most heads. that was a brawl.

i rrally liked the barrios/ramos fight. it felt like barrios was the more advanced fighter for like 5 or so rounds and then ramos found his confidence and made for a fantastic fight

  21. That’s a great way to say I love making $20 million less than an hour

This fight shut down netflix that’s plus he knocked out alan in the hangover jake paul didnt thats gotta count 4 sumthin

  23. rudyattitudedee on

Good for him. It sort of seemed weird, and even a little staged with the glove biting “fixation” bit. But the other fights were good, overall it was a decent watch.

  24. _Tacoyaki_ on

I thought it was great considering. I’m sure Tyson never thought he’d be in the ring again. I’m sure for a lot of his life he didn’t expect he’d be alive now. And he did all right for being almost 60

  25. Valloittaja on

This was such a bad fight in so many ways. Sad to see how much Tyson is not Tyson. Was interesting to see just how bad a boxer Paul is. Fortunately the women put on a hell of a fight, Barrios and Ramos too.

  26. devilishycleverchap on

We all knew Tyson would be gassed after the first two rounds. Paul knew it too, that is why he ran through both of those.

If he had actually stood up with Tyson and banged while Tyson had his breath then it would have been at least somewhat entertaining even if the final results would have been the same.

Best content of the night was Tyson’s ass shot

  27. If someone offered me $20M to get beat on by jake paul for 16 minutes, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I’ve never boxed a day in my life so I’m sure I’d be on the floor in my urine, drooling and crying for my mother but the $20M would be worth it.

The loser are the people who paid the ticket price.. but they looked like asshole millionaires… sooooo ghetto too

  29. thelastpizzarolll on

When Jake Paul is 58 he has to fight a 28 year old. It’s only fair

  30. nolongerbanned99 on

He is a good man. May have made some mistakes in life, as we all have, but he has leaned a lot about life.

  31. ihopeicanforgive on

I stand by the thought that he was sedated during the match

  32. Abject_Type7967 on

Nothing wrong with Mike getting paid. Jake a bitch for senior abuse. His next fight to be scheduled is against drunk and unconscious teenager girls

  33. snart-fiffer on

Tyson has no regrets because the man is hitting near Buddha levels of enlightenment.

Seriously Go listen to him speak. He’s constantly shooing away ego and desire. He’s an inspiration. The man is doing the work.

  34. yourdrunksherpa on

“no man has the right to ask for”…hey Mike I’ll pay you 20 million to fight me.
