The only way it could be avoided was if the police were pussies and rolled over, and then complain no laws, free for all, boo hoo
The criminals were trying to intimidate them and looking for a fight, and whoever excuses them is as pathetic as they are
Could have been avoided by not giving them a ticket, then people complain that Police are not doing their job.
Maybe some words could have been avoided, but still doesn’t mean you get to gang bang the Police.

They were simply provoking the police. Cannot understand why they had to open the booth and speak when not spoken to. An educated or a normal person would have just given them the license and moved the card no need to touch or speak back.
If they wanted to challenge the ticket they could have done so when the they receive the ticket.
