      In 1924, the Ottoman Empire was long gone, and the newly founded Turkish Republic did not include Syria and Iraq in its territory.

      Somebody doesn’t like Poland here. The borders of Poland are completely wrong and this map lacks all of her eastern part.

      Looks like the maps are a mix of pre and post WW1. Alsace–Lorraine even being separated from France.

      what was immigration like in past times? did you have to get a visa and wait or did you just walk in the country and live there
