Funny, he’s ruined comedy for me for decades
Surprising but refreshing that he both recanted and said that it’s a comedians job to adjust to culture, not blame it for changing.
He doesn’t regret making these comments he regrets that it’s hurt his reputation and what’s left of his career.
Unfortunately for him, he’s never been funny. Younger Americans are just aware of that fact.

His reply seems to be stemming from a place of geniune self reflection and acknowledgement instead of some generic bs. And it’s also refreshing to see someone like him acknowledge that it is his job to adapt or accept that he is outdated and not blame the change in society. Now if he was willing to put it into action then it would mean more.

Look up his clip on Larry King after Larry implicated that “Seinfeld,” was cancelled. I don’t know if Jerry was having a bad day, but I didn’t really respect him or his ego after watching this interview.

I love his comedy, but, like many comics, he’s a totally awful human being
