Chefkoch Anh Sung-jae reflektiert seine „emotionale“ Reise während der „Kulinarischen Klassenkämpfe“

I’ve known Sung Anh for many decades since his days as a sous chef in LA and then Napa and then NYC when he first opened Mosu, etc. Visited him at Mosu Seoul as well. Good guy who always worked really hard to perfect his craft. I was happy to see him as a judge on this show. I didn’t watch the show but I’m glad he’s getting the recognition that he deserves.
