The LPC had to know what they were getting into with another Trudeau. Especially one that’s a trust fund baby who campaigned around his name.

Trudeau won’t step down. I figure he’s gonna leak something really damaging about the conservatives after the next election is called. He’s probably also behind the India leaks, which are probably related.

With or without Trudeau, the Liberal party is TOAST.

honestly, i think it’s extremely weird that so many liberal MPs seem to want him gone with no one really there to replace him, especially so close to the election
it’s almost as if he’s doing something they don’t like, like idk, scheduling the release of the names of people involved with foreign interference, and it has nothing to do with his ability to lead

Trudeau is so deep up his ass that he puts San Francisco to shame.

Looks to me like Mr. Casey is about to get a quick ticket out of the LPC. The King doesn’t like when He is questioned by the Court.

What I appreciate most about Casey is that he acted on his own out of a duty to represent his constituents (and likely to save his own job), like all MPs *should* be doing. And according to the CBC interview with a Liberal organizer, Casey is a serious politician with a conscience so his statement carries some weight.
The letter that has supposedly been signed by at least a dozen LPC insiders is now public knowledge and there’s no putting that genie back in the bottle. The pressure will only mount.
What’s become obvious is that there is NO LPC MP standing up and vehemently saying there is a better option or a better leader. And even the supporters of Trudeau seem pretty muted. They all know the Titanic is sinking, the deck chairs have already been rearranged and there’s nothing to do but wait for the icy water to take them down now.

A man as vain and filled with entitlement like Justin Trudeau will never “come to his senses”.
He truly believes that he is the solution for everything. Even all the problems that he created yet blames others for.

And this is why I support Otoole and Mulcair
They were the only two leaders who could have been taken seriously at the very least

He’s just waiting to play his PP, Harper and Modi foreign interference cards.

I like how it only became a problem when their election prospects tanked.
Never mind the shit show the rest of us had to deal with before that point.
A wonderful show of self interest.

Nothing will happen until AFTER the American election, it’s wishful thinking otherwise. I fully expect JT to step down at some point just before our election gets called in fact. He’s happy to take the hits and be the face of the party for good or bad for now and then they will try to pull a change in leadership like the Dems did with Biden and Harris.
