      Putin’s regime is collapsing. Russia is losing in the Ukraine, their economy is a mess, and they can’t hack our election. Russia will fall. Democracy will win

      Their official exchange rate seems basically made up anyway. Not sure what this does but ‘buy’ them a bit of confidence that somehow the exchange rate reflects reality. It doesn’t and the ruble will spiral out of control soon enough.
