      Pay grade vs. unlimited pay is a pretty easy choice if your vocation is already in a grey area.

      I remember reading somewhere that at in Russia, cybercrime gets a blind eye as long as its outside the country and you are compliant when given target lists to attack.

      This will get worse because Russia and China never face any consequences.

      This has been going on for years and years. China has been influencing Americans even in video games going back 20 years at bare minimum (looking at you WoW).
