I’m sure to them it’s not much different than sending munitions. We’re assuming these dictators think of human lives in the same way we do, but they have demonstrated time and again that they really just see them as a resource to be expended.

Now, the US and Europe aren’t just causing problems for themselves by half-assing this issue. They’re causing problems for their Asian allies, too (if indeed Russia be transferring tech and currency NK can use to further develop its nuclear program).
