    > According to *The Washington Post*, “some in the crowd began to leave” after Trump said he wouldn’t be taking any more questions at the town hall, and instead told his team to play a succession of nine songs as he at times danced on stage.

Still seems like a very stable genius to me.

  2. Hey, we just had two heat related emergencies in this sauna… you know what we need? A 40 minute dance party of Sweatin with the Oldie…

Can y’all imagine the absolute downfall if Harris campaign did something like this. Turn townhall into a weird dance party? She would be forced to drop out of the race on the same day. But when Trump does it oh well lets play it off in the media. I am getting sick and tired of this one sided media bias.

Watching the Dancing Bore just isn’t the same without Captain Coucharoo.

Did they run out of questions or did he run out of answers? I suspect that they were trying to stave off crowd boredom and not lose any more of the audience to the food trucks.

Is this the new norm for political rallies? Trump fans leaving early after a 39 minute music break at a town hall? Its baffling to think that while serious issues are at stake we are treated to a live DJ set instead of real dialogue. This isnt just an off moment it raises questions about engagement and respect for the democratic process. Lets hope our leaders prioritize substance over spectacle.

I’m surprised he couldn’t fill that time complaining about how they made Matlock a lady now

This election should be called already we shouldn’t be having discussions that it’s a close election

    Something I’ve been wondering.

If he’s acting like somebody who’s pushing 80–incoherence, inability to control his bowels (ew), generally being old—is he “all there” enough to understand what prison is, or does he really have the mental capacity of a five-year-old who only knows that “prison = bad”?

Is Trump’s campaign giving anybody else Weekend At Bernie’s vibes? Just me?

Something is going on with him. They are trying to hide how advanced his dementia has become

What are the conservatives saying about this stroke of genius lol.

  14. “Nobody wants to hear questions.” Actually, that is what a TOWN HALL is.

    > Proceedings were paused while two attendees received medical attention, at which point Trump jokingly asked whether “anybody else would like to faint?” He then said: “Let’s not do any more questions. Let’s just listen to music. Let’s make it into a music. Who the hell wants to hear questions, right?”

    This man is not serious.

Please, please, please help stop this madness. Make sure you are registered to vote through vote.org. You can help the Harris campaign with a donation or by signing up to volunteer at KamalaHarris.com. She needs our help.

So two medical emergencies… that’s fine. Make sure your people are cool. Ends the conference early plays ymca and chills on stage. Not everyone has left – so plays like 4 or 5 more songs and stays on stage. Here is the weird part: he thinks he’s having a party or something but they are there to see him, he’s dancing up there while people are filing out, it’s like a really weird house party.

*music that hes not allowed to use

fartin’ to the oldies trump style isnt gonna cut it

  18. It’s important to note that the music was filler in order to NOT answer more questions. This music was in place of a public Q and A. “Want to do more Q and A?” (crowd cheers) (starts playing a half hour of music)

People are still backing this guy.

Funnily, from Republican coworkers, many are backing Vance, not Trump. They’re backing Republican ideas but not the person. And most importantly, they are also touting anti-democrat rhetoric and genuine hate towards specific Democrats, funnily even people not running or are retired and not even in a political position. The mental gymnastics required to be a Republican is nuts.

  19. So they wouldn’t leave when he starts rambling off. Fatigue from stupidity averted.
