This is what happens when you only read the headline… the article goes on to state multiple staff members complained about a hostile work environment under the official, which is the real reason he was put on leave. But that doesn’t stir up the rift raft as much as “he won’t consider anything other than merits”…

      other countries e.g Malaysia, Taiwan, Botswana those generally well off but not so popular countries in the western sphere would be laughing their asses off

    6. Yeah, but 100% of secretaries around the world have nice tits or could suck the soul out of a sausage. Are we ready to acknowledge the full panoramic view? People who demand reparations wearing exclusively slave made shoes. Women demanding equal rights and pay in a world they sat by and watched being built by men for thousands of years. Straight up clown world. The straight community (honest straight, not sexuality straight) have had enough and the only fix is to start sending liars and exploiters to the moon without a space suit.

      It’s standard procedure while an internal investigation occurs to put a supervisor on leave – payed leave

      This is conflating her public statements with just run of the mill office drama. Admittedly it’s being instigated at least publicly by a cringy liberal.

      Y’all ever work for a company with an HR? Bigger the company the more the scrutiny.

    8. This country is fucked if we prioritize color, orientation, etc over ability to fulfill job responsibilities. We have regressed so much since MLK days when we would justify a man by his character vs. the color of his/her skin.
