From the rumors I have heard, seems to be true. I have a few questions though.
Will they be integrated into the Russian army, piecemeal? NK platoons lead by a Russian CO? How will that work?
Are the NK troops going to look identical to some Russian regiment? Inevitably, one would be captured in some manner. Even bodies left behind would tell a story.
Also, this sets a precedence for another nation acknowledging any use of current forces within Ukraine, and expanding; or, a good reason for another nation to intervene, without “violating” Article V of the NATO Charter.
They might be more skilled than Russian conscripts. Maybe. However, skill doesn’t matter a great deal when you are being hit with HIMARS, artillery or drones.
