      He won’t come to Brazil, it’s too risky. Lula wouldn’t want to do it but some “incentives” from the US might sway him & it would be much cheaper for the US than continuing to fund Ukraine in a never ending war!

At best he is gonna give some embarrassing statement about having a talk with comrade Putin about peace and how Ukraine needs to come to the table like he did.

      There is not enough political capital or will in the world to “arrest” a sitting leader of a state as powerful as Russia. To do so would be suicide. Yes I know, the Russian army is currently engaged in Ukraine, yes Putin in a war criminal and deserves a fate worse than death. But be real. No country will ever arrest him.

      Why wait for Brazil to arrest him? Id assume Ukraine always knows where he is and has people in Brazil planning his assassination. Thats going to be your best bet. Pop him when he’s out of the country. Even better if it’s at the G20 in the middle of him spewing some BS.

      They are already at full scale war. There is nothing to lose by killing him wherever and whenever they can. So Brazil would be miffed about it. So? Are they going to start a war with Ukraine for assassinating a war criminal they should have arrested for entering their country in the first place?

      Everyone else is trying to play by these silly little diplomatic rules (most of which are placation in disguise). Kill Putin by any means necessary. Russia will implode from people fighting over the power vacuum.

      Keep the sanctions till they get their shit together and elect a legitimate government. If they don’t, oh well.

      This RUSSIA intimidation shit needs to end for all time.
