Das amerikanische Justizsystem ist am Arsch. Warum werden Opfer immer wieder wegen Mordes wegen offensichtlicher Selbstverteidigung angeklagt?

    Submission Statement:

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/arkansas-father-arrested-after-allegedly-killing-man-he-found-his-missing-14-year-old-daughter?intcmp=tw_fnc

    >Spencer’s wife, Heather, said on Facebook that Fosler had a “no contact order” with her daughter for stalking and raping the 14-year-old over the summer and that she and her husband feared he might kill her. She said that she and her husband were unaware Fosler was again in contact with her child.

No Jury would ever convict him. Why waste the Jury’s time?

    Well it is Arkansas.

In ccp land you can chain your wife to cave wall in the open air.

A guy saves tax payers millions and makes society safer. Gets punished.

  4. Because we allow judges in our states who dont have good judgement. Everyone is focused on the Supreme Court and forget the local level has a bigger impact on our lives.

  5. Any country’s judicial system has an interest in discouraging vigilantism. He was only arrested though, and has not yet been charged with anything. If I had to guess he probably won’t be.

A guy just had to turn himself in in my city because he killed someone while 3 armed men were robbing his dispensary . It’s Portland so they are gonna side with the criminals

Demoralization campaign. This is why they do things out in the open as well to rub it in our face. It’s like daring us to react.

  8. Because self defense is self reliance. The government requires government reliance.

Posts like this just show ignorance to laws. He obviously needs to be arrested for killing, police are barely capable of minor judgment calls, certainly cannot be trusted to pass judgement.

He’s a White man living in a two-tiered justice system, so nothing is certain.

Arkansas won’t do much to him. A similar case in Texas, the father pleaded temporary insanity and got 5 years probation. The judge will hopefully do something similar.

  12. He killed a guy. The police are SUPPOSED to arrest him.
Even though he’s fully justified, guilt and culpability are determined in the courts, not the back of a squad car.

There is no way a jury could convict this guy. 67yr old man with a history of raping this 14yr old girl…

To be fair there’s still a whole court process yet to come (based solely off this image). Sometimes cases like these do get downgraded below murder.

However, I don’t think vigilante justice should be the rule.

Just because he was charged does not mean he will be convicted. If I was on that jury, there is no way in hell would I convict him. It is called jury nullification..

    Jury nullification.
It’s overdue in LOTS of levels of cases.
    Stupid plebs are too brainwashed

A certain political party seems hell bent on protecting pedophiles and rapists. I’m sure there are people on both political parties that do, but it just seems one is a lot more interested in having creeps and weirdos around children.

America is being systematically destroyed in every little way

    This is just another example
