The only thing even remotely close to “smart” thing the current administration has ever said. If any SK civilian gets hurt because of NK action, South Korea needs to demonstrate they will not be cowed by 300lbs of crimes against humanity sitting like a pig in Pyongyang

As much as I would like for their regime to come to an end, North Korea already harmed and killed South Koreans in 2010 in Yeonpyeong Island, but unfortunately they are still around.
