Looks like the larvae of food moths. Have you checked all your dry foods (flour, pasta, rice, lentils….) for tiny webs, moths or larvae? If you see any signs you’ll need to toss the food, clean your kitchen really really well, get traps, put all food in airtight containers and get ichneumon flies (they are natural predators).
Flour Moths.
They nest in some of your dry foods. Pretty much your whole kitchen needs to be cleaned and any food to be thrown away
Please make sure your bio bin is covered. The moth/fly love to lay eggs in the bio bin.
taste him hes good for u
Check whats in the ceiling. Could be a bat nest
To be sure, throw out any kind of stored food thats not in your fridge/freezer. Clean all surfaces, especially where you store the food, with vinegar. Taking out shelves can be useful, as the larvae will hide in small cracks and corners.
The only way to prevent this in the future is to store any kind of food in airtight plastic containers with rubber seals or airtight mason jars.
The food moth larvae will chew through most paper and (thin) plastic packing. Storing food in the original packing and closing it with clips or something like that is NOT enough.
burn your kitchen with a Flammenwerfer
You can buy some predator wasps online.
Clean clean clean and then the wasps eat the eggs.
It’s about 25€ for 3 batches from memory. They send them every 3 weeks for 3 months
