      This is probably just as much to do with training the US Army how to use this kit in an operational capacity against an actual threat rather than training simulations, as it is helping the Israelis.

      The THAAD system has been deployed around the South China Sea and on the Korean peninsula.

      US is not putting boots on the ground in Ukraine to be in direct engagement with Russia. On the other hand, the situation in Israel is very different, THAAD+Arrow+Iron Dome+(Iran and proxies capabilities) makes being in Israel and operating AD relatively safe, even if we are in direct engagement with Iran, because we already are.

      I do wonder if Israel is unable to operate THAAD or is it being proposed for US personnel life training?

      If it requires American troops to operate it then we shouldn’t be sending it. I’m sick and tired of fighting other countries wars.

      Sending troops gets us more directly involved. We shouldn’t be involved at all. This shouldn’t be happening. Israel needs to stop.
