      If Victoria is affordable then why would anyone still live in places like Thunder Bay?

      Most social safety nets and affordable housing are no longer available to average citizens who need them.

      What a lazy complainer. Why wasn’t he born into a rich family so he doesn’t have to worry about housing costs?

      A tent in the park is too low for him? Victoria is a lot warmer than grand prairie, just adjust your expectations and you’ll be fine.

      Other cities in Canada are not an option? Housing is affordable in Winnipeg. Summers are lovely.
